We lead the client and the project team through programming to form a solid initial design concept and provide comprehensive direction during the schematic design, design development and construction document process.

We are well-versed on project estimating and scheduling for feasibility, functionality, cost-effectiveness, and ultimately for proper decision making.

We seek the best outcome for each client and with that mindset, conduct frequent value engineering sessions to eliminate unnecessary high cost systems and replace them with functional, cost-effective alternatives.

We directly oversee construction through every stage of the process and provide “not at risk” construction management for the most complicated and diverse construction projects in the industry.

We utilize comprehensive organization and pay meticulous attention to detail as we forecast and monitor budgets, prepare monthly draw packages, generate budget summaries, and track retainage, insurance certificates, and lien waivers.

We interface with interior designers and construction teams, assist with specification, purchase order reviews, FF&E tracking, installation coordination, punch list coordination and closeout.
